Great prices, quick delivery!

I usually buy from Wine.com, but Westgate Wine had a better deal on the Tokaji I wanted. Their volume discounts are really good if you buy a case. I got 12 bottles and saved about 15%. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived well-packed. I was a little worried about temperature control since it's summer, but the wines were fine. I'll definitely check them again for New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

Smooth process, excellent Brunello

This was my second time ordering from Westgate Wine, and the experience was just as good as the first. I picked up a couple of bottles of Brunello di Montalcino. Their website is easy to navigate, and finding specific vintages isn't a hassle. The shipping was prompt; it took 5 days to reach Denver, and the packaging was robust-no issues with breakage or temperature during transit, which is a big plus for wine. I didn't need customer support this time, but my previous interaction about a tracking question was handled efficiently. The Brunello itself was exactly as described, a really solid choice. They're consistently reliable for high-quality Italian reds.

Consistent quality and service

I've been buying from Westgate Wine for a few years now, mostly for Bordeaux futures and some California cult wines. My recent order for a few bottles of Chateauneuf-du-Pape arrived perfectly. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Every order, whether it's a future release or an in-stock bottle, is handled with care. Their descriptions are accurate, and the wines always arrive well-packed and in good condition. I also like that they offer temperature-controlled shipping; it makes a difference, especially when ordering more delicate wines. I keep coming back because I trust their selection and their delivery. It's hard to find that level of dependability with online wine retailers.

Good wine, quick delivery

I ordered a bottle of Napa Valley Cabernet. It got to me in about 4 days, which was faster than I expected. The wine was nice, just what I wanted for dinner last night. No complaints here.

Does Westgate Wine ever do like a first-time buyer discount? Planning a big order and wondering if I should sign up for the newsletter first.

R Ryan Rodriguez 2 weeks ago
I think I got a small discount when I first signed up for their emails. Worth a shot!

They sometimes send out promo codes in the newsletter for new subscribers, so yeah, definitely sign up before you order. Can't hurt to try and snag an extra few bucks off.

Hey, thinking of getting a few bottles for a party, does Westgate Wine do free shipping if I buy enough?

S Sandra Thompson 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I think if you hit 12 bottles it's usually free shipping. Worth it if you're stocking up.

how's the shipping to Florida? I'm worried about the heat wrecking a nice bottle of red on its way here.

A Alex Davis 4 weeks ago
They do temperature-controlled shipping, at least that's what happened with my order to Miami last summer. Was a bit slower but the wine arrived perfect.

They're usually pretty good about weather stuff. I'd check their policy page but I think they hold shipments or use special carriers if it's too hot/cold.

Anyone know if Westgate Wine is legit? Saw some good deals on older vintages but wanna make sure it's not a scam.

L Laura 1 month ago
Totally legit. Been buying from them for years, especially for hard-to-find stuff. Never had an issue.

They're for real. I've heard they're pretty particular about where they get their wines too, so you're getting the genuine article.

Is Westgate Wine better than say, Total Wine, for buying a nicer bottle of Bordeaux? Or is it all pretty similar?

D Deborah Young 4 weeks ago
Oh for serious Bordeaux, Westgate is way better. Total Wine is fine for everyday stuff, but Westgate actually has the rare vintages and futures.
